Returns
For health and safety reasons, intimate wellness products cannot be returned once opened or used.
We may accept returns under the following conditions:

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days after confirmation.

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the error was on our end.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase, provided they have not yet been processed.
Once processing or fulfillment has begun, cancellations may no longer be possible.
